TERMS OF SERVICE
Below I will detail some points that will be the terms on which any order that you make me is based. I emphasize the importance of you reading everything, since when you commission me, you accept the following terms.CONSULTATION / WORKING HOURSYou can ask me any questions at the time you want, but you will not receive an answer until it is between the following time intervals indicated below:Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 6pm
Tuesday and Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm
Saturdays 1pm to 8pmI also usually work at those times hours, the rest I dedicate to other obligations apart from the rest itself.
Keep in mind that I live in Spain and my time region is GMT + 1, anything after hours will have to wait.BEFORE YOU MUST KNOW:- If you commission me, you will be accepting all the terms that you will read below.
- I have the right to accept or reject a commission for any reason.
- The illustrations can only be used for non-commercial purposes, unless an agreement has been previously established, which in that case will exclusively and unequivocally serve those purposes.
- Copyright will always be maintained.
- The commissions do not have a deadline unless previously indicated and agreed between the client and the commissioner. The duration of the order will never exceed 2 months.
- In case the order is uploaded to social networks, audit credit must be given, making the watermark or signature visible and mentioning me in said publication.
- Unless approved by the customer, I will not merchandise commission.
- The price is NOT negotiable. Any attempt at haggling will result in the cancellation of the commission.COMMISSIONSAccording to the type of order and the finishes, the price will vary, below you can see the base prices and guide you:

MAIL: [email protected]HOW TO ORDER A COMMISSION?To formalize your commission you must follow the steps listed apart from notifying me in advance through my social networks:
Request via mail: Write an email to [email protected] with the following information:1. Subject TYour name (personal, business or nickname ) + commission name.
2. Contact information: Your name (personal, business or nickname) and contact email.
3. References: images that help to visualize the idea of the order.
4. Description : Detailed description that accompanies the attached references, also specifying the following list:
- Illustration type
- Background type
- Extra elements to add
- Use to be made of the illustration
- Format in which you want it (png, pdf ...)
- Permission to upload in my RRSS (in case it is a gift and you want to give a specific publication date)
- Permission to carry out merchandising
- Deadline, if one is given.As soon as the information is received, I will contact you by email confirming my availability, you will be included in a waiting list and with it the closing of the agreement.PAYMENT METHODOnce the order is formalized, the client must:- Prepay the illustration in euros through Paypal. No other currency or payment method will be accepted.- Once the payment has been made, the client will have to prove it with proof of the same. Until payment has been received, work will not begin on the commission.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will enter the paid queue within the waiting list. If payment is not received within a maximum period of 48 hours from the order confirmation, by priority it will go to the last position in the list mentioned above.
- If the commission is canceled by the client before the delivery of the first sketch, the full amount will be returned. However, once this time has passed, in case the commission is canceled, no refunds will be made.- The defined prices have been established only for digital formats. If printed matter is required, the cost of production and shipping will be included in the final price, and this will be paid by the customer. The customer should bear in mind that shipping costs vary depending on the weight and country of delivery.- The client will be notified at all times of the extra costs in case the commission requires changes that have not been established at the time of his order request. You must pay these costs before sending the illustration, otherwise you will not receive the illustration.WAY OF WORKMy work process is as follows:- Once I receive your request, I will proceed to contact you responding to said request, this being the first contact, consultation and doubts.- Said consultation is without obligation, and in it we would specify what the client is looking for in his order, thus defining the price, order order, availability and the phases that the order would have.
- Thus reaching an agreement, payment would be made as I mentioned in the previous section.- Each commission has 4 process phases: sketch, base color, light / shadow and effects. The client will see each one of them and until each phase is approved, they will not go to the next.- In the waiting list can see the status of your order.
- After the sketching phase, any change you want to make will be charged extra.- Before the commission is sent, the extras will be charged if necessary. **Remember that until the extras are paid, the illustration will not be sent.
**- The illustration will be sent to the contact email established in the request in the format that the client has specified.FREQUENT QUESTIONS- How long does it take to make a commission?According to the type of commission that is requested and according to when the client needs it. I will try to get the order done before the deadline, as long as one has been set. Keep in mind that at least I will need two weeks to be able to combine it with other obligations.- When can I see the commission phases?From the moment I update the status on the waiting list I will inform you when I start the order, I will provide you with screenshots of each phase. Of course, remember that I have a working schedule and for consultations, I at least hope that it is respected.- I have a question about the commission, how do I contact you?By mail, as long as it is possible to notify in advance by DM in the indicated social networks (you will get a quicker response there) and to be able to respect the consultation hours, outside of said hours I will not comment on any work.

A continuación os detallaré unos puntos que serán los términos en los que se basa cualquier encargo que me hagáis. Recalco la importancia de que lo leáis todo, ya que cuando me comisionáis, aceptáis los siguientes términos.HORARIO DE CONSULTA / TRABAJOPodéis consultarme cualquier duda a la hora que queráis, pero no recibiréis respuesta hasta que no esté entre los siguientes intervalos de tiempo que indico a continuación:Lunes y Miércoles de 10h a 18h
Martes, Jueves y Viernes de 10h a 20h
Sábados 13h a 20hTambién suelo trabajar a dichas horas, el resto los dedico a otras obligaciones aparte del propio descanso.Ten en cuenta que vivo en España y mi región horaria es GMT+1, cualquier cosa fuera de horario tendrá que esperar.ANTES DEBES SABER:- Si me comisionas estarás aceptando todos los términos que leerás a continuación.
- Tengo derecho a aceptar o rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo.
- Las ilustraciones sólo pueden utilizarse con fines no comerciales, a no ser que previamente se haya establecido un acuerdo, que en dicho caso, servirá de manera exclusiva e inequívoca a dichos fines.
- Se mantendrán siempre los derechos de autor.
- Las comisiones no cuentan con fecha límite a menos que se indique previamente y se acuerde entre cliente y comisionador. La duración del encargo nunca será superior a 2 meses.
- En caso de que se suba el encargo a las redes sociales, se debe dar crédito de auditoría, haciendo visible la marca de agua o la firma y mencionándome en dicha publicación.
- A menos que el cliente lo apruebe, no realizaré merchandising de una comisión.
- El precio NO es negociable. Cualquier intento de regateo supondrá la anulación de la comisión.COMISIONESSegún el tipo de encargo y los acabados el precio del mismo variará, a continuación podéis ver los precios base y guiaros:

MAIL: [email protected]¿CÓMO ENCARGAR UNA COMISIÓN?Para formalizar tu comisión deberás seguir los pasos enumerados aparte de avisarme previamente por mis redes sociales:Solicitud vía mail: Escribe un email a [email protected] con la siguiente información:1. Asunto: Tu nombre (personal, comercial o nickname) + nombre comisión.
2. Información de contacto: Tu nombre (personal, comercial o nickname) y email de contacto.
3. Referencias: imágenes que ayuden a visualizar la idea del encargo.
4.Descripción: Descripción detallada que acompañe a las referencias adjuntadas, especificando también la siguiente lista:
- Tipo de ilustración
- Tipo de fondo
- Elementos extras a añadir
- Uso que se realizará de la ilustración
- Formato en el que la desea (png, pdf...)
- Permiso de subida en redes (en caso de que sea un regalo y quiere dar una fecha concreta de publicación)
- Permiso de realización de merchandising
- Fecha límite, en caso de que se diera una.En cuanto se reciba la información, contactaré contigo por correo electrónico confirmando mi disponibilidad, se le incluirá en una lista de espera y con ello el cierre del acuerdo.MÉTODO DE PAGOUna vez formalizado el encargo, el cliente deberá:- Pagar por adelantado la ilustración en euros a través de Paypal. No se aceptará otra divisa ni método de pago.- Una vez se haya efectuado el pago, el cliente tendrá que acreditarlo con un justificante del mismo. Hasta que no se haya recibido el pago no se empezará a trabajar en la comisión.- Una vez confirmado el pago entrarás en cola de pagados dentro de la lista de espera. Si no se recibe el pago en un periodo de máximo 48h desde la confirmación del pedido, por prioridad pasará a la última posición en la lista mencionada con anterioridad.- Si la comisión se cancela por parte del cliente antes de la entrega del primer boceto se procederá a la devolución del importe íntegro. Sin embargo, una vez pasado este tiempo, en caso de que la comisión se cancele no se realizarán devoluciones.- Los precios definidos han sido establecidos únicamente para formatos digitales. En caso de que se requieran impresos, se incluirá el coste de producción y envío al precio final, siendo este abonado por el cliente.El cliente deberá tener en cuenta que los costes de envío varían en función del peso y del país de envío.- El cliente quedará avisado en todo momento de los costes extras en caso de que la comisión requiera de cambios que no hayan quedado establecidos en el momento de su solicitud de encargo. Deberá abonar dichos costes antes de realizar el envío de la ilustración, en caso de no hacerlo no recibirá la ilustración.FORMA DE TRABAJOMi proceso de trabajo es el siguiente:- Una vez recibo vuestra solicitud, procederé a ponerme en contacto con vosotros respondiendo a dicha solicitud, siendo esta la primera toma de contacto, consulta y dudas.- Dicha consulta es sin compromiso, y en ella concretaríamos lo que el cliente busca en su encargo, definiendo así el precio, orden de pedido, disponibilidad y las fases con las que contaría el encargo.- Llegando así a un acuerdo se procedería al pago tal como comento en el apartado anterior.- Cada encargo cuenta con 4 fases de proceso: bocetación, color base, luz/sombra y efectos. El cliente verá cada uno de ellos y hasta que no se dé visto bueno a cada fase, no se pasará a la siguiente.- En la lista de espera podrá ver en que estado se encuentra su pedido.- Tras la fase de bocetación cualquier cambio que se quiera dar se cobrará extra.- Antes del envío de la comisión se procederá al cobro de los extras si se ha dado el caso. Recuerda que hasta que no se paguen los extras no se enviará la ilustración.- Se enviará la ilustración al email de contacto establecido en la solicitud en el formato que el cliente haya especificado.PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES- ¿Cuánto tiempo tardas en hacer una comisión?Según el tipo de comisión que se pida y según cuando lo necesite el cliente. Intentaré que el encargo esté hecho para antes de la fecha límite, siempre que se haya establecido una. Ten en cuenta que mínimo necesitaré dos semanas para poder compaginarlo con otras obligaciones.- ¿Cuándo puedo ver las fases de la comisión?Desde el momento en que actualice el estado en la lista de espera te informaré de cuando doy inicio al encargo, te aportaré capturas de cada fase. Eso sí, recuerda que tengo un horario de trabajo y para consultas, mínimo espero que se respete.- Tengo una cuestión sobre la comisión ¿cómo te contacto?Por vía mail, siempre que se pueda avisando con antelación por MD en las redes sociales indicadas (obtendrás respuesta más rápida por ahí) y a poder ser respetando el horario de consultas, fuera de dicho horario no voy a comentar nada de trabajo.
